3.) Hair Arrives and undergoes quality control
(1-2 business days)

4.) Your order is packed with lots of love and shipped to you (1-2 business days)

• Pick Up orders will be available for pick up once the order has went through QC

We are 100% certain you will love your purchase from Real Doll Extensions. However, in the event you change your mind about your purchase you have 12 hours to cancel your order. All orders are finalized after the 12 hour mark.

We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges on our wigs, bundles, or laces. Orders which don’t require additional processing are subject to a refund if they do not receive their order within 2 weeks.
Upon Delivery we require all packages to be signed for including Pick Up orders. As for delivered packages, please make sure you are tracking your package and will be available to sign for your package on its scheduled delivery day. If you happen to miss delivery, you will have to schedule a new delivery date with the courier. Once your order is in the hands of the courier, we are no longer responsible for any mishaps with the package. If you encounter any problems with your package, contact your local courier for a resolution.

For Pick-Up orders, we will send you a detailed email letting you know your order is ready for pick up. Keep in mind that you must provide the verification code to identify who you are before releasing your order to you.
